Paneer Fried Rice Recipe | Paneer Fry Rice | Veg Paneer Fried Rice with step-by-step photo and video recipe. stir fry recipes are quite common these days in India and are common street food. There are many innovative recipes that are made with either rice, vegetables meat, or a combination of these. One such desi version of stir fry recipe is paneer fried rice recipe where paneer is added as the protein source.

I have posted quite a few rice recipes till now, but this recipe has to be one of the unique combos of indian with Chinese. The main reason is the combination of paneer with stir-fried veggies and rice. I personally like this recipe for 2 reasons. One has my favorite ingredient i.e. paneer and second, the recipe is as a stir fry of paneer. I am not a huge fan of simple fried rice recipe by itself. I need some protein with it. Being a vegetarian, I always serve my fried rice with a choice of dal fry or with any aloo-based curries. Having said that this recipe comes with protein ingredients topped on it. Hence making my life easier and less hassle.

Anyway, I would like to conclude this post with some tips, suggestions, and variations for a perfect paneer fried rice recipe. Firstly, I would heavily recommend using dry or leftover basmati rice for this recipe. If you plan to use freshly cooked rice, ensure to make it moisture-free by drying it out on a plate. Secondly, with respect to the addition of vegetables, it is completely open-ended. I have added the basic vegetables, but you can easily experiment with your preferences. lastly, I have used fresh homemade paneer cubes for this recipe. You should be using a fresh homemade or a store-bought one but not a frozen one.

Finally, I request you to check my other detailed Rice-based Recipes Collection with this post of paneer fried rice recipes. it mainly includes recipes like paneer biryani, paneer fried rice, paneer pulao, chili garlic fried rice, schezwan fried rice, schezwan rice, veg fried rice, corn fried rice, burnt garlic fried rice, gobi fried rice. further, to, I would also like to highlight my other recipes collection,
